Victoria, Texas cowboy Doug Pharr is a 4-Time qualifier for the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo. Tie-down roping in the PRCA since 1996, Doug also has seven Tour Finale qualifications. Among other wins, Doug won both the tie-down roping and all-around titles at the 2009 Sheridan, Wyoming Rodeo. Between competitions, Doug stays active be spending his time raising and training quarter horses.
